Our Management Team
Alex Papakyriakou
President
Alex literally grew up in the lamination business, having performed multiple roles through his evolution to becoming President. He was appointed President of EMPI in 2006 and has worked at the Company for over 30 years. His passion for excellence and his commitment to deliver outstanding customer experiences was passed on from his father, John Papakyriakou. He attributes his unique high level of expertise and know how in this industry from a lifetime of working side by side with his father at El-Met Parts. Alex takes great pride in his company, it’s people and its long-standing reputation for being a leading contributor to the electric motor industry in North America. His long-term vision is to create growth and economic value for El-Met Parts' stakeholders.
George Boothe
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
George has been the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at El-Met Parts since early 2021. He is a goal-oriented leader with a proven track record of adding growth and profitability to the companies he has been involved with. A CPA with substantial expertise in finance, operations, strategic planning, and business development. George spent most of his career in various positions in the Waste and Recycling Industry including twelve years as a CFO and four years in operating roles. Prior to leaving public accounting George spent five years with Price Waterhouse Coopers.
Randy Hayes
Vice President of Operations
Randy joined El-Met Parts as Vice President of Operations early in 2021. He takes great pride in developing strong strategic relationships amongst key business partners. Randy brings a robust commercial background with substantial experience in operations leadership while having full P&L responsibility. Over the past 25 years Randy has gained significant experience in the electrical steel and its related lamination stamping industry. He has a strong level of competence in the motor, generator, transformer, automotive, oil & gas, power generation and alternate energy markets. His goal is to create value for our shareholders, suppliers and customers while building a strong foundation for company growth and a safe and stable working environment for our employees.
